About the role
As a Support Worker (Relief), services you will work with the individuals we support closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes.

We provide 24-hour care, with shifts including:
• Days
• Evenings
• Waking nights
• Sleep ins
Day to day duties include:
- Ensuring health and wellbeing of the individuals we support.
- Providing personal care and emotional support.
- Medication administration.
- Participating in stimulating activities.
- Involving the individuals in a person-centred approach.

Skills and Experience Needed
A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support is provided.
Please ensure your application evidences experience of the following:
- IT, Literacy & numeracy skills
- Experience working as part of a team and customer service skills

Pay and Benefits
- £13.45 per hour
- Sleep-in rate: £62.64 per 8 hour shift.
- Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
- Social Care Wales registration is fully reimbursed
