Who are Codi Group?

Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales’ largest provider of housing, care, and support, we’re here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential.

Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals across Wales with services that make a real and uplifting difference to their everyday lives.

Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.

About the role

You’ll be supporting 3 socially active individuals, all of whom have a learning disability, helping them build independence, develop skills, and engage in daily activities with emotional support in their own home.

Using a “do with, not do for” approach, the team encourages active participation, enriching lives through activities like walks, dancing, and community outings.

This is a part time (22 hour) permanent position. You will be required to work 8 hour sleep in shifts occasionally. Your remaining contracted hours will require you to work shifts times between 7am and 11pm so full flexibility is required.

  • Support budgeting and daily life skills

  • Adapt work to meet the needs of the people supported
  • Provide digital (computer-based) administrative support as a key worker
